We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated technical support specialist that is able to offer user-friendly assistance for all our HELLO Solaborate and Solaborate Messenger users and willing to work with flexible hours (including night shifts, and weekend shifts).

Your Profile:
  • You should be able to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to non-IT customers.
  • Have a strong technical background and experience in providing technical support and working in a customer facing environment
  • Logical thinker and fluent level of English (written and verbal)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • In depth understanding of the software and equipment customers are using
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Able to deal with different types of users, including difficult ones and be patient
  • Professional working attitude
  • Good time management and priority handling
  • Able to work on their own and under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via Solaborate Messenger Live chat, Support Team chat, or through email and video/audio calls
  • Able to work with flexible hours (including night shifts, and weekend shifts)
  • Diagnose and resolve customers problems
  • Assist customers, identify any issues or problems and advise on the best solution
  • Keep records of all customer queries and work with field engineers for customers that have more serious problems
  • Test the HELLO device and the Solaborate Messenger whenever needed and Report any bugs and suggest changes
  • Constantly provide follow ups to all customers and ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times


We will offer a 2-week intensive training so that you can learn all about Solaborate products, learn how to properly respond to all customers questions and requests, etc.
