Due to our accelerating growth, we currently seek to hire
a Technician Representative for our operations in Kosovo (ref: MK_TR_2017)

• Provide technical support onsite, as well as on the phone, for Point of Sale devices and peripherals.
• Perform hardware or software upgrades.
• Analyze and correct all technical problems on equipment at customer premises
• Respond to a customer call which will include problem identification escalation and resolution

The ideal candidate:

• Degree in related studies (electrical, mechanical, computer technology)
• Computer and troubleshooting skills; hardware, software and networking.
• 2+ years technical support experience preferred. 
• Excellent customer service skills, detailed, organized and able to multi-task.
• Car Driving License and ability to travel
• Very good command of the English language (written and oral)
